Every nook and cranny of the Greencrest Manor estate is intentionally designed and cared for. From the tree-lined driveway, to the gardens, to each building on the property and every room within them, Jenn and the whole Modern Day Collective team put their heart and soul into their guests’ experience. Not only does this result in drop-dead gorgeous backgrounds for your wedding photos, but it also results in a stress-free day, allowing everyone to relax and be themselves in front of the camera!

Ceremony and Reception spaces offered at Greencrest Manor
The Manor and the Ceremony Lawn Deck
During peak season (May-October) Greencrest Manor offers two outdoor ceremony spaces, the front entrance of the manor and the Ceremony Deck which is surrounded by the gardens and multiple fountains. It won’t be easy to decide if you want the front or the back of the manor as the backdrop to your wedding ceremony, every side of the building is absolutely gorgeous! In the off-season (November-April), you can hold your entire event inside the manor and host up to 50 guests.
Maison des Fetes
Maison des Fetes is the Celebration House at Greencrest Manor. This open-air reception space is a beautiful blank slate where the Modern Day Collective team can make your dreams come true. This is also Greencrest Manor’s “rainy day backup” for your ceremony location. Wood floors, a white ceiling, silver chandeliers, and beautiful views of the Manor and grounds create the perfect backdrop for your florals to pop and decor to wow up to 200 guests.
Wedding Day Amenities at Greencrest Manor
Vendor Partners
Greencrest Manor partners with some of the best wedding vendors in Michigan. Millennium Catering is their exclusive caterer and a month of coordinator is included in their pricing. Modern Day Collective is Greencrest’s sister company for design and planning, though you are able to choose a different wedding planner if you would prefer.
On-Site Lodging
You can book the manor for the entire weekend to host your family and wedding party on-site at Greencrest Manor. This means the people closest to you won’t have to worry about transportation on your wedding day at all! They will also be treated to breakfast every morning, impeccable hospitality services, and will have full access to the gardens and grounds. By reserving the manor for the whole weekend, you could also host your welcome party, rehearsal dinner, and/or next-day brunch.
On-Site Getting Ready Spaces
Greencrest Manor offers spaces both for their brides and grooms to get ready on their wedding day. Nestled in the gardens, the She Shed is the perfect space for brides, their bridesmaids, and all of the most important ladies in their life can spend a quiet morning enjoying breakfast and getting pampered. Tucked into the treeline is the Pump House, Greencrest Manor’s space for grooms and their groomsmen to relax, celebrate, and get dapper before the ceremony.

According to weddingwire.com, if you plan to invite 200 guests to your wedding, a single day rental of the manor ranges between $11,500-$14,500 and a full weekend rental ranges between $21,400-$24,000. Your guest count and specific choices regarding your guests’ experience will have the greatest impact on determining your overall wedding budget. That being said, Greencrest Manor couples invest, on average, between $75,000-$125,000 in their full wedding experience.
