Collins at the Clocktower Address: 310 N. Main St., Chelsea, MI 48118
If you’re looking for a wedding venue that feels genuinely one-of-a-kind, Collins at the Clocktower is definitely worth a look! This industrial-meets-historic venue is tucked into downtown Chelsea, Michigan, and has been a fixture in the community since 1907. The black and white aesthetic, the original clocktower architecture and their iconic windows make it one of the most photogenic Ann Arbor area wedding venues.
And, if this venue sounds a little familiar, it does have a sister venue called The Collins Off Main!
p.s. I am a Michigan Wedding Photographer and all the photos you see here are mine. Enjoy!
The historic architecture of Collins at the Clocktower gives every photo at this venue such character. The original clocktower details, the tall ceilings, and the industrial touches create a backdrop that feels elevated, especially with the natural lighting their windows bring. Their European-inspired courtyard is even included for photos at no extra charge and gives couples a completely different look without ever leaving the property.

One of the most unique elements of this venue is their monthly open houses to meet with the staff members at The Collins at the Clocktower. You can get help with design, decor and any venue questions you might have!
Collins at the Clocktower offers distinct ceremony and reception spaces on separate floors of the building, which creates a really natural flow to the wedding day, if couples decide to utilize both.
The chapel is on the first floor of the historic Clocktower building. It’s a dedicated ceremony space with traditional chapel seating and natural light, and it’s included with every wedding booking with no upgrade needed. There’s even an on-site rehearsal and chapel coordinator to make sure everything runs smoothly before your big day!
The ceremony space is ADA accessible and the Collins team will be on-site to guide guests through the transition from ceremony to reception.

The reception and cocktail hour are held on the third floor, accessible by staircase or elevator. The reception space holds up to 270 guests and features the black and white dance floor, a luxury custom-built bar, 280 degrees of windows, dimmable chandelier lighting, round and rectangular tables, black linens and a sweetheart table option for the couple. Couples even have the option of looking at thousands of pieces of trendy decor to choose from with Something’s Borrowed Decor Collection.
The European-inspired courtyard out back can also be used for an outdoor cocktail hour as an upgrade, complete with a sound system, cocktail tables, signage, and a portable bar.

This is where Collins at the Clocktower really stands out! The included amenities list is genuinely extensive, and the venue is upfront about transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
Take a look at the bridal suite from a few of our weddings below. With early access 9am, two hair and makeup stations, full-length mirrors, lounge seating, mini fridge, and a private dressing room, it’s a dream for any couple and their wedding party.

What’s included in every booking:
ALL of this with no hidden fees! You will have the option to upgrade to add planning services, break down services, afterparty options, ceremony upgrades and cocktail hour upgrades.
