Ceremony and reception spaces offered at Waldenwoods

Waldenwoods provides two ceremony spaces and three reception spaces, bringing couples to the perfect space for their special event.

Cromaine Lodge

Holding a maximum of 250 guests, Cromaine Hall is a beautiful indoor space with a fireplace at the center, and the perimeter coated in dark wood. The hall is adaptable to the taste of the couple with the change of decor and furniture, to match the expectations of each couple.

Lakeview Tent

Lakeview Tent is a beautiful outdoor space without having to worry about weather conditions. With stunning cocktail tables surrounding the outside, and plenty of space to enjoy a fun-filled reception while experiencing an enchanting view, couples are sure to be smiling on their big day. Lakeview Tent holds a maximum of 300 guests.

Sunshine Tent

Hosting a maximum of 100 guests, the Sunshine Tent is the perfect space filled with greenery and a bright view, while still protecting from any wedding day weather scares. The space is filled with beautiful furniture and an entrance that is sure to take guests’ breath away.

Waterfront Ceremonies

Two waterfront ceremony locations are available May through October. Whether you choose to say “I do” in front of the Sunshine Lodge or the Cromaine Lodge, you’re guaranteed to have a beautiful backdrop you and your guests are sure to remember.

Lodging

The Sunshine Lodge and Friendship Lodge are the perfect spaces for bridal parties or guests that travel in for this special day. It brings ease to the weekend planning process and is sure to create amazing hospitality.

In-House Catering

Whether it’s hors d’oeuvres, dinner or a wide range of bar packages, Waldenwoods has couples covered! With multiple food and beverage options, couples and guests are sure to be pleased with their meal.

Complimentary Tasting

At an annual couples tasting event, Waldenwoods gives couples the opportunity to experience the service that they will receive, as well as taste multiple food options. This is the perfect chance for couples to get a sneak peak for their special day.

One Year Social Membership to Waldenwoods Resort

The membership to the Waldenwoods Resort will grant couples a two night stay in the Sunshine Lodge or Rustic Cottage, and daytime use of various amenities.

Additional Amenities

At an extra cost, couples have access to getting ready suites, extra reception time, an outdoor cocktail hour, or a sparkler sendoff. Waldenwoods also offers a personal touch service in which staff will assist in setup and tear down for the big day.
