Pine Knob Carriage House is one of those venues where I never run out of places to capture a couple. Every corner of this property gives me something to work with, from the lush shared gardens with Pine Knob Mansion, to the fountains and even overlooking the golf course grounds.

Inside this venue, the crystal chandeliers and wood columns create a warm, elevated atmosphere that photographs beautifully during golden hour receptions. Outside, the gardens offer open shade, seasonal blooms and professional landscaping that gives a unique backdrop to every photo.
Pine Knob Carriage House offers flexible indoor and outdoor options for both ceremonies and receptions.
Inside, you’ve got an open-concept banquet space with chandeliers, wood columns and granite-topped bars. This space holds up to 280 guests and may have minimums depending on the day, so make sure you ask your venue manager upon booking.
The covered outdoor pavilion comes included in your booking and can be used for your ceremony, cocktail hour or dancing. If the weather permits, you can add an outdoor bar and keep the celebration going outside. The surrounding estate grounds gives you plenty of options for portraits and wedding photos without ever leaving the property.

Pine Knob Carriage House operates as an all-inclusive venue, which means food and beverages are all taken care of on-site. Their team handles everything, which has consistently earned them rave reviews from couples and guests. The team at Pine Knob Carriage House offers a full-service bar with top-shelf options.
The open floor plan gives couples a lot of flexibility with layout and decor, and the floor-to-ceiling windows pull in natural light throughout the day, which makes a real difference for photography.
This Michigan wedding venue is also accessibility friendly, with ramps at the pavilion and main facility, along with all spaces being on the same level. The venue also has on-site parking, which is one of those logistical details that matters more than couples realize when coordinating guests coming from across Metro Detroit.
