Backyard Jewish Micro Wedding | Emily & Jerad

An October wedding in Michigan is always a roll of the dice, but Emily and Jerad’s wedding could not have been a more beautiful day!

Like so many other 2020 wedding couples, Emily and Jerad had to completely pivot their wedding. They originally planned on having a destination wedding in Vegas! There was definitely a silver lining to the venue change though, I loved that Emily and Jerad were able to incorporate so many personal touches to their wedding day. From the chuppah that was decorated with lace from Emily’s family wedding dress, to the Mario themed cake – the ceremony and reception were truly and celebration of them.

Emily and Jerad incorporated olive green and rose gold details, beautiful colors for a fall backyard wedding. They had one of my all-time favorite unplugged ceremony signs and bubble guns made for the perfect ceremony exit! I loved that they treated their guests to their favorite local donuts for dessert. Emily and Jerad also found a fun way to incorporate their cats in their wedding by naming their signature cocktails after them!
